I really love these shoes. They are super comfortable, true to size, and look great. I was worried that one of the two straps would cut into my foot or heel... they do not at all. I have had other shoes that have the buckles on the top and something under them rubs on my foot when I walk... not with this OTBT shoe.

These were my first pair of OTBT and I have only owned them for a week, but they were comfortable right out of the box. The first time I wore them and walked around a mall for a few hours without any discomfort or rubbing. I would have never known that they were brand new shoes based on how they fit and wear.

I haven't owned them long enough to know about the long term wear (will update this review if it changes)... but I plan to buy another pair in the turquoise color soon! Excellent shoe for the $. True to size. Comfortable out of the box. I highly recommend.

UPDATE 09/13:
I bought the turquoise and the grey pair too... I love them and get tons of compliments when I wear them. Great with jeans and dress pants and works with well with skirts/dresses too. Just enough of a heel for me! These are my go-to shoes. On the grey pair, the leather that covers the heel is coming off on the edge. I think superglue would fix it. I noticed it on the first wear but didn't return... no other issues with any of the three pair. They are still really comfortable and I still love them!

I really like how these shoes look, but man do they fit weird. First, regarding the color: it's just as pictured, although calling them "charcoal" grey is a bit humorous and misleading...as the picture implies, they're more like" beige-gray" or "taupe-y light gray," which was actually what I was looking for. As far as the fit goes, I wear a size 8 medium shoe, rarely need to go up to an 8.5. The heel sling in the back is rather loose (which will only worsen, since they're leather), so I thought tightening the front buckle by one notch would remedy this. However, that doesn't really stabilize the back strap at all; what it actually does, at least for me, is it makes my heel shift medially (i.e., towards my opposite foot) when walking, which was a pretty awkward and ridiculous experience, since my heel kept rolling over the inner heel edge. Not cute. Aside from that, they're actually pretty comfortable...until about 5 minutes into the walk, when you have to stop, adjust the heel, then walk again, only to have the stupidity repeat. Anyway, since I sew leather/vinyl/canvas goods, I'll be crafty and work my magic with correcting this odd craftsmanship, since I don't feel like going through the annoyance of returning them. Plus, I kind of like them otherwise.

loved the shoes immediately. practically no breaking in necessary, as the toebox is fairly roomy. weirdly, though, i ordered a 5-1/2 & a 6, 2 different colours, & they both seem to be exactly the same size....
my only complaint is that there is precisely zero arch support. strange, for a shoe from a company that prides itself on marketing all-day wear to keep you skipping down the streets & paths of various far-flung countries of the world in style & perfect comfort. insoles are not an option in a slingback.

I love sling backs. And I love these sling backs because they have a modern flair which makes my feet look dainty and my outfit complete. I've had several compliments wearing them one of which was "..they're funky but subtle."

Confession: I sent the first pair back because I thought they'd been worn. The leather is slightly distressed as per the description, but the soles looked dirty. Second pair was exactly the same. It wasn't a bug, it was a feature.

I found the fit true to size, though my feet are narrow. Despite the almost half-size difference between them, I was able to adjust the strap on the smaller foot to get a good fit. Extremely comfortable and adorable - my two requirements for shoes!
